1.Product Overview
Polyether Amine (PEA), also known as polyoxyalkylene amine, is a high-performance reactive amine polymer modified on polyether backbone. Different from conventional polyether polyols, this product features terminal active amino groups instead of hydroxyl groups, delivering faster curing speed, lower viscosity, excellent toughness and superior chemical resistance. As a core raw material for epoxy curing, polyurea spraying and polyurethane modification, PEA effectively improves the flexibility, abrasion resistance and anti-corrosion performance of finished products. It is widely applied in high-end coatings, structural adhesives, composite materials and fuel detergent industries.

4.Physical & Chemical Properties
Physical Properties
Polyether Amine is a low-viscosity transparent liquid at room temperature with mild color and good fluidity. Compared with traditional amine curing agents, it features lower volatility and less odor. The product has excellent solubility, miscible with water, alcohols, esters and most organic solvents. It presents stable physical state without layering or crystallization, providing excellent construction adaptability for spraying, brushing and pouring processes.
Chemical Properties
Equipped with highly active terminal amino groups, PEA can react rapidly and stably with epoxy groups and isocyanate groups. It features moderate reaction activity, fast curing speed and low exothermic heat, effectively avoiding cracking and internal stress of cured products. The flexible polyether segment endows the material with outstanding toughness, low temperature resistance and hydrolytic stability. Finished products show excellent anti-corrosion, weather resistance and mechanical strength, with stable chemical structure in complex working environments.
